The Team
Sébastien Bonnefoi
The dynamic co-founder and executive guiding spirit of Revolucion Cocktail, Seb is the pioneer behind each venue’s vivacious vibe, from Shanghai to Bangkok and beyond. His journey began modestly on the beach bars of Montpellier, before heading to London to refine his craft and deepen his cocktail knowledge. A bold move to Asia soon followed, where he opened and managed the iconic Bar Rouge in Shanghai, cementing his reputation as a nightlife visionary.
With a background that later included leading Urban Bar, Seb is known for his lively and warm spirit, his smart blend of French flair, and his ability to bring people together through hospitality. His vision is simple and straightforward: generous cocktails, approachable prices, and professional service that spark connection and good moments.
He’s the kind of man who’ll greet you with a wink, high-five a passing friend, and gently nudge perfection out of the bartender when a drink doesn’t meet his high bar, always with that underlying passion for hospitality that defines Revolucion’s soul.
Mike brunot
The heart and soul of Revolucion Cocktail, Mike is the face everyone knows and loves. Since opening the first Revo in China in 2014 and then Bangkok in 2017, Mike has been the familiar host greeting guests across both Blue Parrot and Revolucion, with his unmistakable French savoir-faire, turning every night into an experience where hospitality comes first. More than a manager, Mike is a true host: remembering names, making introductions, and ensuring every guest feels like part of the Revolucion family. His blend of charm, energy, and international flair has made him one of Bangkok’s most recognized hospitality personalities and the driving force behind the bar’s reputation as a vibrant community hub.
Dodoh
From bartender to Managing Partner at Revolucion Cocktail Bangkok, Dodoh has built his career behind the bar with passion and flair. Known across Thailand as a guest bartender and mixologist, he has showcased his craft at luxury hotels like Banyan Tree, JW Marriott, and Intercontinental Phuket. A multiple award-winning talent—including the Havana Club Bartender Competition Thailand 2019—Dodoh also founded the Speedtender Competition Thailand in 2023. Today, he leads with creativity, skill, and showmanship, embodying Revolucion’s spirit of hard work and humility.

A modern taqueria concept that celebrates Mexico’s culinary heritage with a playful twist. La Lupita serves Mexican street-food tacos & other favourites, with signature Frozen Margaritas, in a lively, colorful setting. The venue’s vibrant and approachable atmosphere makes it a go-to spot for casual dinners & group gatherings.
Nestled in Yenakart, Blue Parrot is a tropical-inspired oasis where guests can enjoy a Mediterranean all-day dining experience. Featuring a lush garden, swimming pool, petanque area and open-air bar, the venue is perfect for family brunches, poolside afternoons, or festive evenings. Blue Parrot also offers versatile event spaces, combining laid-back charm with premium service.

About Us
Born in Shanghai in a vibrant 20sqm in 2012 and later in a bigger place in Jing’an – Yangping Rd., Revolucion Cocktail has moved to Bangkok’s in 2015.
With a first outlet in Sathorn road and after in Silom road we offers a genuine escape from the city’s routine with signature fire shows, DJs, themed parties and the greatest thai bartender in town. From early evening craft cocktails and happy hour in Bangkok to exhilarating late-night parties, the energy naturally shift for unforgettable nights.
More than just a cocktail bar or nightclub in Sathorn, we are a unique cocktail club. We are the destination for locals, expats, and travelers.
